Using CatalogRise
CatalogRise is a browser-based seller operations and SEO migration workspace for product cleanup, media batching, redirects, sitemap review, robots checks, and SEO QA.
- You may use the service only for lawful business, internal operational, or client-delivery work.
- You are responsible for the inputs you upload, the exports you ship, and keeping your account credentials secure.
- You may not use the service to interfere with the product, abuse the billing system, or access data that does not belong to you.
Accounts and access
Project creation, saved runs, artifacts, team invites, and billing features require an account and an active paid or admin-entitled workspace.
- Access may be suspended for abuse, fraud, payment disputes, or repeated attempts to bypass access controls.
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including a working email address when email verification is enforced.
- Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active subscription; cancel billing first when applicable.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is sold as a recurring subscription. Stripe handles checkout, stored payment methods, renewals, and billing portal changes on the app host.
- Choosing a billing interval starts a recurring subscription until you cancel it.
- Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for past charges.
- Pricing, plan intervals, and included features may be updated in the future, but changes only apply prospectively.
14-day return / refund policy
Every CatalogRise purchase includes a 14-calendar-day refund window.
- You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the applicable charge date shown on your billing receipt by contacting contact@catalogrise.com.
- This policy applies to both initial purchases and renewal charges, as long as the request is made within that 14-day window.
- If a refund is approved, CatalogRise may remove or downgrade paid access once the refund is processed.
- After the 14-day window, charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Abuse, fraud, or repeated refund misuse may result in account termination or refusal of future service.
Support, availability, and changes
CatalogRise is provided on an ongoing basis, but uptime, features, and workflows may evolve as the product improves.
- Use contact@catalogrise.com for billing, refund, and support requests.
- We may update these terms as the product matures; continued use after updated terms go live means you accept the revised terms.
- You remain responsible for maintaining your own backups of any critical business data you upload or export.
